Main Components (10-Part System):
- Chassis System: Acts as the transport foundation, enabling movement of the entire mixer truck.
- Hydraulic Transmission System: Converts engine power into hydraulic energy, which powers the rotation of the mixing drum via a motor and reducer.
- Mixing Tank: The core component for storing and mixing concrete. Built-in spiral blades ensure continuous mixing and prevent concrete separation or solidification.
- Discharging System: Includes main and auxiliary chutes for concrete discharge. The auxiliary chute extends reach and allows directional flow control.
- Cleaning System: Uses an air-pressurized water tank with water gun and pipework. Enables cleaning of hopper, drum, and chute to prevent concrete residue buildup.
- Sub-frame: Connects the mixer body to the chassis and absorbs operational loads and road shock. Composed of a main beam and dual support structures.
- Control System: Controls the drum’s rotation direction and speed using a linkage mechanism, controller, and soft shaft.
- Supporting Wheel System: Located at the rear of the drum to provide structural support during rotation and transport.
- Feeding System: Consists of a wear-resistant hopper and support frame, designed to minimize impact and ensure smooth material intake.
- Electrical System: Includes taillights, signal lights, corridor lighting, and fan motor—ensuring safe and functional operation under various working conditions.
